Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate actions, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which ClaimCoins.io may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

3. Repeat Infringers

ClaimCoins.io reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of intellectual property laws.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
